At long last
Phew! After a week of trying to develop this whole website and also figuring out why the post wouldn’t show up, I finally completed everything. Now I can breathe.
Actually, I’m supposed to be asleep by now, but then again I really want my site to be up and running by the 16th of June so yeah, here we go.
Today’s the second day of my 2nd term school holidays and it’s really bliss for me. I mean like, come on! I haven’t had a break from school work in ages. Plus I need to catch up on sleep.
I spent my whole day yesterday (Sunday) celebrating Fathers’ Day with my family. Happy Fathers Day to all Dads out there, especially my dearest father, who has been a dad for over 18 years

I’m actually horribly sick since Saturday, and I’m slowly recovering / getting worse. I can’t speak, and my voice is incredibly sexy. My mother forced me to sleep in her room, but then due to insufficient bed space, I moved my mattress to the bedroom floor to live at least until I regain my health. Or longer, if they allow me to
Moving on to site related things, I’ve done the design ages ago for another site, except it was really altered to become this one. I don’t know how it looks like in previous versions of IE besides IE7, but I’m not super bothered. Get Firefox, kthnxbai.
Those following my twitter will realize a lot of tweeting about the development of my site. Ah well, I know, I was stressing out. Thanks a lot Sarah and Rilla for motivation, as well as for telling me to get to it!
Okay, I really need to go to bed. My eyes can’t take it anymore.

Great design! I really like how the bottom image’s sky blends in with the subtle pattern for the background of the main content area.
Good job on getting it done so quickly too — I know what you mean, it can be frustrating/stressful! Especially when your posts don’t show up where/when you want them too.

I really like this design, though I’m not too sure about the header. I adore the hover effect, but I’d also choose something more than just clouds for it. Seems a bit bare. The footer is brilliant.

@Hannah I’m not using a plugin, but then it’s more of using CSS first. I do intend to use plugins at a later date, provided that I find one since I don’t think those plugins can work for the latest version of WordPress. I’ve thought of using sIFR too, but then I’m lazy to do all that
